With deep expertise in elevating revenue generation, building capable sales teams and cultivating industry partnerships, he is set to propel extraordinary success for GVA’s outside sales in the North American market.

Ian Shaw brings a breath of valuable knowledge and experience to GVA. Over the past 25 years, Ian has consistently proven his competency in sales leadership roles within the lighting industry. He is recognized for his remarkable achievements during his tenure as Vice President of Sales at Tempo Lighting, Senior Sales Manager at Ecosense Lighting, Category Manager at Philips, and Regional Sales Manager at Color Kinetics.

In his new role, Ian will be the centre piece of the GVA North American sales team expansion, spearheading efforts in enhancing its presence in the region through data-driven strategic planning and tailored account relationship building. Ian’s immediate priority is to seek out experienced, ambitious and technical-minded individuals to fill out the roles of Regional Sales Managers across the USA – bringing incredible A players to join the growing GVA team.

Ian holds a degree in Architectural History and Urban Planning from Macalester College.
