GVA Lighting recently hosted an evening of networking for our specifier friends, at the architecturally stunning The Crypt, Trafalgar Square, London. The evening was orchestrated to allow our European clients the opportunity to reconnect, alongside drinks, canapes, and a variety of entertainment for guests’ enjoyment. Steeped in culture and history, the venue was equipped with a selection of quirky alcoves, all illuminated using GVA Lighting fixtures.

Following two years of worldwide disruption, the party allowed guests the opportunity to reunite with familiar faces after such a long time apart. Guests were entertained by a variety of performers throughout the evening. Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by a saxophonist, who filtered throughout the crowd, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A charming magician mingled between guests performing an impressive range of slight-of-hand tricks, whilst an extremely talented caricaturist offered designers the opportunity to have a caricature drawn on a branded takeaway to ensure guests had more than just a happy memory of the evening to take home.

Throughout the venue there were artistic light sculptures by London artist Walera Martynchik and an impressive eye catching flower and light arrangement installation, illuminated again using our GVA Lighting fittings, thanks to the talented London based, MOS, by Sasha Grigorik.

As normality returns, GVA Lighting look forward to welcoming designers from around the world to more events in the very near future.

Thank you to David Stramazzotti and Francesco Pranzetti for making this event possible.

Thanks Sasha Grigorik and Walera Martynchik for fantastic art installations!
