It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Norman Harris Rutenberg, a valued partner and friend who played a pivotal role in GVA Lighting’s development and growth.
Norm became GVA’s first North American agent on June 18, 2001, providing expertise and guidance as we established our presence in the industry. His professionalism, insight, and unwavering support during our early expansion period helped lay the foundation for our development today.
Norm was also known for his deep appreciation of jazz music, which reflected his dynamic and creative spirit. To celebrate of his memory, GVA Lighting has made a donation to JAZZ.FM91, and we encourage others to join us in donating to a charity of their choice.
Norm’s legacy continues to influence our work and reinforces our commitment to excellence and innovation. His impact on our company and the industry will not be forgotten, and we remain dedicated to carrying forward the values he embodied.
We extend our sincere condolences to his entire family during this difficult time. Norm’s contributions and influence will always remain a part of GVA Lighting’s story.
