Paris, the city of light played host to PLDC this year and GVA Lighting is very proud to have been part of it.
We are delighted to have presented our products and innovations while meeting many new and incredible people. In between the show we got to see the iconic sights of the city and eat some incredible French cuisine.
We were proud to showcase our HL Series with our Color-Amp® technology which increase the lumen output of static light by up to 3x. Our flood and spot lights in the FL Series which include the FL50, FL100 and our new FL200 were also on display.
GVA introduced lighting designer Ion Luh, where she presented her case study of how the millennial generation in facilities designed to promote learning and discovery react to enhanced architectural lighting design. Ion also designed the Ryerson University Image Centre in Toronto, Canada which was the 2012 winner of Light & Architecture Award for Best Use of Color, for which GVA Lighting supplied 760 custom STR9®-RGBs. It was an honour to introduce Ion.
PLDC is a fantastic event and we would like to thank all of our visitors, organizers and exhibitors along with the City of Light, Paris, for hosting a great show.
