The Good Housekeeping Research Institute in New York City is the facility where thousands of consumer products, foods, and recipes are tested for quality and function. Within the Institute is a sort of hall of fame of all star products to achieve the Good Housekeeping seal of approval. These Products are housed in custom showcases lit by GVA Lighting’s DUCAT-IV and STR7™ LED Luminaires.

The DUCAT-IV™ adjustable recessed downlights are mounted in the top of each case and provide spot lighting on the product. The STR7™ strip luminaires are mounted on the bottom of each case and provide an even wash of light in the entire case. The use of up and down lighting ensures the featured products stand out in their respective case.
