The 26-storey condominium tower, also known as “The Paintbox Condo”, is attached to the new Regent Park Arts and Cultural Centre. Part of the ongoing revitalization of Regent Park, this residential addition brings new height and density to the neighbourhood. The condo has several brightly-coloured panels across the exterior to engage the locals in the enjoyable architecture.

GVA Lighting helped enhance the colourful panel effect of this building by using our HL-DL delineation fixtures that are installed horizontally on the rooftop. These highly saturated lines of bright colours add emphasis to the uniqueness of the architecture and the overall meaning of The Paintbox Condo.
