With a total of 64 apartments and a boutique shopping plaza on the ground level, Wasl Vita expertly fuses boutique retail living with classic California inspired architecture. The Dubai development was completed late 2014 and comprises of a total of 240,000 square feet. GVA’s All-New STR9® Monochromatic was used to highlight the balcony hand railings and uplighting the modern architectural detail of the façade. Over 1000 linear feet of the STR9® Monochromatic was used to add emphasis on this new high end development.
