The Lotus Parnasala bloomed at its revealing at the Santhigiri Ashram, near Kerala, India under the colours of 15000 LEDs. The Parnasala rises up to 91′, consisting of 21 marble overlaid petals, sourced from the same marble as the Taj Mahal. Before the large gathering of crowds, an awe-inspring play of lights and soul stirring music brought white Parnasala to life, recreating the 7 shades of the lotus flower.

The landmarks lighting concept was designed by reowned Indian Cinematographer Mr. S.Kumar.  The layout design was completed by 3S Lighting, and GVA Lighting’s own STR9-RGB luminaire was used to illuminate both the interior and exterior surfaces of the lotus structure.
